Technical Support Engineer


Duties

  • Resolve routine customer support calls involving software, hardware and/or operating system problems, maintenance and general inquiries.
  • Document all support calls in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist with maintenance of IDM systems.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • Satisfactory completion of Technical Support exam
  • Knowledge in C or Java, Unix or Windows, SQL and Oracle
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work alternating shifts and weekends
  • Occasional travel

Technical Consultant


Duties

  • Perform general installation, data analysis/migration and/or configuration tasks for new and existing customers.
  • Develop, document and test manufacturing and installation procedures for IDM products, hardware and third party hardware.
  • Interface with customers to provide technical consulting and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Medical Technology
  • Minimum six months related experience and/or training
  • Satisfactory completion of Technical Consulting exam
  • Knowledge in Java, Oracle, Unix or Windows and SQL
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Frequent travel

Software Engineer


Duties

  • Design, write and review software to meet functional specifications.
  • Write and execute module, integration, performance and system test plans to minimize defects.
  • Write and maintain functional specifications to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • Minimum six months experience
  • Knowledge in C or Java, Unix or Windows and SQL
  • Satisfactory completion of a programming test
  • Good communication skills
  • Occasional travel

Software Quality Engineer


Duties

  • Write and maintain functional specifications to meet customers needs.
  • Design and maintain test plans to minimize defects.
  • Execute test plans and thoroughly document/review the output.
  • Implement and use testing tools to automate all phases of testing.

  • B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • Minimum six months related experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Occasional travel

Blood Bank Professional


Duties

  • Act as the customer's advocate during development and/or implementation projects.
  • Research and develop project-related documentation, including user's manuals, test plans and design goals.
  • Perform consulting and training.
